Do you deliver?
Yes, absolutely, but only for banquets and within a 50km radius.
Do you provide service staff?
Yes, we have service staff at your events. We will discuss with you the number of staff required to ensure that your event runs smoothly.
What are your cancellation conditions?
A deposit of 30% is paid when the quote is signed, then 40% 15 days before the event. If the cancellation is made more than 90 days before the event, your deposit will be refunded in full. After this date, the deposit will be retained and will be payable according to the cancellation period by Maison Lagnier SA.
How do you deal with unforeseen circumstances?
We adapt to all circumstances as much as possible. We always try to offer you a plan B!
What are your hygiene and food safety standards?
We comply with HACCP standards and we are regularly monitored and controlled by a certified analysis laboratory (Ecobion)
Payment and invoicing :
What are your payment methods?
Bank transfer, Twint or cash.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, 30% on signing the quote, 40% 15 days before the event and the remainder due on the day of the event.
